Yes. When you cancel your Pickbox NOW subscription, the service remains active until the end of your current billing period (the package expiration date). You will not lose access immediately.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Standard cancellations do not entitle you to a refund, as the service remains active until expiration. However, under EU consumer law, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days and receive a full refund via the same payment method.
