Can I keep using my services after I submit the cancellation request?

Yes. Your services remain fully active throughout the 30-day notice period from the date T-Mobile receives your request. You will be billed for usage during this period on your final invoice.

Are there any cancellation fees?

No penalty fees apply if you have been a customer for at least 3 months (Czech law since April 1, 2020). If you cancel before 3 months, T-Mobile may charge up to 1/20 of your remaining monthly fees. Check if you have a fixed-term commitment and whether you received a subsidised device, as you may need to repay the remaining device value. Complete the termination request

Receive final bill

Your last invoice ('Poslední Vyúčtování') arrives on your normal billing date, with charges prorated through the termination date.
