Alternative: Cancel via e-Devlet

If you prefer the government portal: go to turkiye.gov.tr, search for 'Turkcell Abonelik Fesih Başvurusu', click 'Kimliğimi Şimdi Doğrula' (Verify My Identity Now), authenticate via internet banking or mobile signature, select your line, click 'Fesih Başvurusu Yap', then download, sign, and upload the termination document. Billing stops within 24 hours.

Confirm at Turkcell Store if Required

For full postpaid (faturalı) line closures, Turkcell may require in-person identity verification at an authorized Turkcell retailer ('Turkcell İletişim Merkezi') within 7 days of your app submission, bringing your national ID (T.C.
