Will my plugins still work after I cancel?

Your plugins remain fully functional until the end of your current billing period. After that, they revert to read-only/demo mode — your DAW projects will still render the same audio, but you cannot change plugin parameters. iZotope strongly recommends bouncing all plugin tracks to audio files before your subscription expires.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Monthly subscribers receive no mid-cycle refund — cancellation only stops the next renewal charge. Annual subscribers are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their term; email subscription-support@izotope.com to request it.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Log back in to your Native Instruments account at native-instruments.com/account/subscription/ and re-enable your subscription or purchase a new iZotope Plus or iZotope Pro plan. Your previous project settings may still be present in read-only state.

Where do I manage my iZotope subscription — on the iZotope site or Native Instruments?

All iZotope subscription billing is now managed through Native Instruments at native-instruments.com/account/subscription/. The old iZotope account portal no longer handles billing since the companies merged.

Do I keep any software after cancelling?

Any iZotope products you purchased outright with a perpetual license remain yours. Free bundled tools like Visual Mixer and Relay are also retained. Only subscription-gated plugins (Ozone, Neutron, RX, etc.) revert to demo mode.

What happened to iZotope Music Production Suite Pro — is it the same as iZotope Pro?

In February 2026, iZotope retired the Music Production Suite Pro name and migrated all subscribers to the new iZotope Pro tier (the direct successor). Existing subscribers were given their legacy pricing for 6 months as a loyalty benefit.

Go to Native Instruments account portal

Navigate to https://www.native-instruments.com/account/subscription/ and log in with your Native Instruments account credentials (iZotope subscriptions are managed here since the iZotope/Native Instruments merger).

Locate your iZotope subscription

In the Subscriptions section, find your iZotope Music Production Suite (or iZotope Pro if you were auto-migrated after February 2026) subscription card.

Disable auto-renewal

Click 'Turn off Automatic Renewal' or 'Cancel Membership' on the subscription card. For monthly plans this is self-service; your access continues until the end of the current billing period with no refund.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation prompt. You will receive a confirmation email. If the button is unresponsive (a reported UI issue), proceed to step 5.

For annual plans or UI issues — email support

If you are on a yearly subscription or the self-service portal is non-functional, email subscription-support@izotope.com requesting cancellation. Annual subscribers are entitled to a pro-rata refund for unused months.

Bounce plugin tracks before access expires

Before your subscription expires, open your DAW projects and bounce/render all tracks using iZotope plugins to audio. After cancellation, plugin controls become read-only and parameters cannot be adjusted.
