Log in to the Trellix Thrive Portal
Go to thrive.trellix.com and sign in with your Trellix account credentials. This is the primary support and account management portal for all Trellix subscriptions.
Locate your renewal/expiration date
Navigate to your account or license details to find your current subscription's expiration date. You must submit a non-renewal notice well in advance — Trellix's EULA states that failure to provide timely notice of non-renewal is treated as consent to renew and you will be invoiced automatically.
Contact your Trellix sales representative or Authorized Partner
Trellix subscriptions are enterprise contracts sold directly or through Authorized Partners (resellers). You must notify either your assigned Trellix sales rep or the partner you purchased through. If purchased directly, use the 'Contact Us' form at trellix.com/contact-us/ and select a Sales inquiry, or call Trellix Customer Service at +1 (877) 363-3585.
Submit a formal non-renewal / cancellation request
Send written notice of non-renewal referencing your account number, grant number, or order number. Trellix strongly recommends doing this several weeks before your expiration date. If using the Thrive Portal, open a Customer Service case via 'Contact Support' and specify that you are requesting cancellation/non-renewal.
Confirm cancellation in writing
Request a written confirmation email or case closure notification confirming your subscription will not be auto-renewed. Keep this for your records in case of billing disputes.
