No. Downgrading to the free plan does not cause any data or content loss. However, some paid features will become unavailable until you resubscribe.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Generally no — TeleportHQ's policy states that subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, with no credits or prorated reimbursements for unused time. An exception applies to EU residents, who have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, provided the service has not yet been used.

When does my paid access end after cancelling?

Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will then be automatically moved to the free tier.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Go to Workspace Settings, click the Plans tab, and select a paid plan. Your subscription will be reactivated immediately upon payment.

How do I permanently delete my TeleportHQ account?

Open Workspace Settings

Click on your workspace name or avatar in the top-left corner to open the workspace menu, then select 'Settings'.

Inside Workspace Settings, click on the 'Plans' tab in the left-hand navigation to view your current subscription and available plans.

Click 'Downgrade to free'

In the Free plan card, click the 'Downgrade to free' button. This initiates the cancellation flow for your paid subscription.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation popup will appear asking you to verify your decision. Click the 'Cancel subscription' button in the popup to complete the cancellation.
