Log in to your account
Go to signaturely.com and log in to your Signaturely account.
Open Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to open the account menu, then select 'Settings'.
Go to the Billing tab
In the Settings page, click the 'Billing' tab in the left sidebar.
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Scroll down the Billing page and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
Confirm cancellation in the pop-up
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click 'Cancel Subscription' again inside the pop-up to proceed.
Complete the exit questionnaire
Answer a brief feedback questionnaire explaining why you are leaving. This is required but does not block cancellation — complete it to finalize the process.
Verify cancellation
Return to the Billing tab and confirm your plan now shows as 'Free'. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
