Log in to your About You account
Go to aboutyou.com and sign in with your registered email address and password. Make sure to use the exact email address linked to your account, as you will need to contact support from this same address.
Navigate to the Help Center
Go to aboutyou.com/h or click 'Help' in the footer. You can also go directly to aboutyou.com/h/contact to reach the contact form.
Open the Contact Form
On the Help Center page, click 'Contact us' or navigate to aboutyou.com/h/contact. Select the topic related to 'My Account' or 'Account Deletion' from the dropdown options in the contact form.
Submit account deletion request
In the contact form, clearly state that you want to permanently delete your customer account. Include your registered email address, date of birth, and billing address so support can verify your identity. Send the message using the 'Submit' or 'Send' button.
Respond to any identity verification
About You customer support may reply asking for additional verification details before processing the deletion. Respond promptly from your registered email address with any requested information.
Receive deletion confirmation
Once verified, About You will confirm the deletion of your account via email. Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation, subject to any outstanding legal obligations (e.g., pending orders or invoices).
