Contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
Reach out directly to your assigned Agiloft Account Manager or Customer Success Manager to notify them of your intent to cancel. If you do not know who your contact is, call Agiloft at +1 650.459.5637 (US) or +44 800 358 9568 (UK), or email info@agiloft.com to be directed to the right person.
Submit written cancellation notice
Send a formal written notice of termination via email to ar@agiloft.com (billing) and legal@agiloft.com (legal). Include your company name, account/contract number, and the intended termination date. Written notice is required under the Services Agreement for termination to be valid.
Wait for the 30-day cure/notice period
Per Agiloft's Services Agreement, a 30-day written notice period applies. During this window Agiloft may attempt to resolve any issues (if terminating for cause/breach). Confirm with your account manager that the cancellation has been acknowledged and logged.
Confirm data deletion timeline
After termination is confirmed, Agiloft will delete all your data within 30 days. Request written confirmation of this deletion if needed for compliance purposes. Export any contracts, attachments, or reports from your Agiloft instance before the account is closed.
