Log in to your account
Go to modanisa.com and click the profile icon in the top-right corner. Enter your email and password to sign in to your Modanisa account.
Go to My Account
Once logged in, click your name or the account icon at the top of the page to open the 'My Account' dropdown, then select 'My Account' to access your account dashboard.
Navigate to membership/subscription settings
In your account dashboard, look for the 'Membership' or 'My Subscription' section in the left-hand sidebar or account menu. Click on it to open your current plan details.
Click 'Cancel Membership'
On the membership/subscription page, locate and click the 'Cancel Membership' button. This button is available directly on the My Account page per Modanisa's official terms.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to verify the cancellation. Confirm your choice to finalise the cancellation of your Modanisa Premium subscription.
Contact support if button is unavailable
If no cancel button is visible, contact Modanisa customer support by phone at +90 216 474 74 99 (Turkey) or +31 20 798 9576 (Europe/international), or email support@modanisa.com. Provide your account email and request Premium subscription cancellation.
