Log in to your Intercom workspace

Go to app.intercom.com and sign in with your Intercom account credentials.

Open Settings

Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left navigation sidebar of your Intercom workspace.

Navigate to Subscription & Billing

In the Settings menu, click on 'Subscription' and then select 'Billing'.

Open Payment details

At the top of the Billing page, click the 'Payment details' tab.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Payment details page and click the 'Cancel subscription' link or button.

Provide cancellation reason

Intercom will prompt you to select a reason for cancelling and may offer alternatives (e.g., pausing). Complete the feedback form as required.

Confirm cancellation

Review the confirmation screen showing your access end date, then click 'Confirm cancellation' to finalise. A confirmation email will be sent to your account email address.
