Can I access Custify after I cancel?

Yes. Your access continues until the end of your current paid subscription term. Custify does not cut off access immediately upon submitting a cancellation notice.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Generally no. Custify's Terms state that all fees are non-refundable and all orders are non-cancelable. The only exception is if Custify itself terminates your account for convenience, in which case you'd receive a refund for pre-paid unused fees.

How far in advance do I need to cancel to avoid auto-renewal?

At least 15 calendar days before your subscription renewal date. Missing this window will auto-renew your subscription for another full term (typically 1 year), and you won't be able to cancel or receive a refund for that new term.

Check your renewal date

Log in to your Custify account at app.custify.com and check your subscription renewal date. You must submit your cancellation notice at least 15 calendar days before the renewal date, or Custify will auto-renew for another full term (default: 1 year).

Prepare a written cancellation notice

Draft a formal written notice of non-renewal or termination. Include your company name, account details, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel/not renew. Per Custify's Terms, termination for convenience requires 15 calendar days advance written notice.

Go to https://www.custify.com/contact and fill out the 'Contact Us' form (Name, Work Email, Phone, Company, Message), pasting your cancellation notice in the Message field. Request written confirmation

Ask Custify to confirm receipt and acknowledgment of your cancellation notice in writing. Keep this confirmation for your records, as it documents when and how you submitted the notice.

Await account deactivation

Custify will process your cancellation. Your access to the platform will continue until the end of your current paid subscription term. You will not receive a refund for the remaining prepaid period, as per their non-refundable fees policy.
