Log in to GCC Portal

Go to gcc.globalsign.com and log in to the GlobalSign Certificate Center (GCC) with your account credentials.

Open Order History

In the left-hand navigation column, click 'Search Order History' to display your certificate orders.

Find Your Order

Enter your order ID in the search field or click 'Search' to list all orders. Locate the certificate order you want to cancel.

Open the Certificate Edit Page

Click the 'Edit' button to the left of the order listing to open the Certificate Edit page.

Click Cancellation Request

At the top or bottom of the Certificate Edit page, click the 'Cancellation Request' button. This button is only visible within 7 days of certificate vetting completion — if it is not visible, you must contact support via a ticket.

Confirm Cancellation

Review the cancellation details shown on the confirmation screen, then click 'Confirm' at the bottom to finalize the cancellation.

Contact Support if Outside 7-Day Window

If the 'Cancellation Request' button is not visible (more than 7 days since issuance), submit a support ticket at support.globalsign.com/customer/portal/emails/new or email support-atlas@globalsign.com for Atlas platform subscriptions.
