No. Rytr's policy states all subscriptions are non-refundable and they do not prorate fees for subscriptions canceled before the end of the billing term. Refunds are only considered at the company's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Log in to Rytr

Go to https://app.rytr.me and sign in to your account.

Open Settings

Click on the Settings option in the dashboard navigation (typically accessible from your account/profile area in the left sidebar or top menu).

Go to the Plan tab

Inside Settings, click the 'Plan' tab to view your current subscription details and usage.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

On the Plan tab, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. This will trigger the ChurnKey cancellation flow.

Complete the cancellation survey

Rytr uses ChurnKey to show a cancellation flow. Select your reason for leaving from the survey options presented.

Decline any retention offers

Based on your reason, you may be offered a discount, a plan pause, or a plan downgrade. Click through or decline these offers if you wish to proceed with cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Click the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date, and you retain access through the end of your current paid period.
