Sign in to Shopify Admin
Go to your Shopify admin panel and sign in.
Go to Settings
Click 'Settings' in the bottom-left corner of the admin panel.
Click Plan
Select 'Plan' from the settings menu.
Click Deactivate store
Scroll down and click 'Deactivate store' or 'Cancel subscription'.
