Note Databricks acquisition

Tecton was acquired by Databricks in August 2025. The tecton.ai website now redirects to Databricks. All existing Tecton contracts and subscriptions are managed through Databricks account teams. Log in to your Databricks account at databricks.com or use your existing Tecton account portal if still active.

2

Locate your contract end date

Tecton/Databricks subscriptions are annual enterprise contracts. Review your original contract or order confirmation email to find your renewal or contract end date. Cancellation must typically be requested before the contract auto-renews (usually 30–90 days notice required per your agreement).

3

Contact your Account Executive

Reach out directly to your assigned Tecton/Databricks Account Executive or Customer Success Manager. If you don't have a direct contact, email hello@tecton.ai (which may now route to Databricks support) or contact Databricks support at databricks.com/contact.

4

Submit written cancellation notice

Send a formal written cancellation notice to your account representative and CC accounts@tecton.ai or your Databricks billing contact. State your company name, contract ID, and intended cancellation/non-renewal date. Request written confirmation of the cancellation.

5

Confirm non-renewal in writing

Request a written confirmation email acknowledging that your contract will not auto-renew. Keep this for your records. If cancelling mid-contract, reference the termination-for-convenience clause in your contract, if applicable — most Tecton enterprise contracts are non-cancellable mid-term.

6

Export data before access ends

Before your contract end date, export any feature definitions, pipelines, transformation code, and stored feature data. Use the Tecton CLI (`tecton get feature-view`, `tecton get feature-service`) or Databricks export tools to retrieve your work before access is terminated.
