No. Your paid plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. After that, your organization either downgrades to the free plan (if within its limits) or becomes deactivated.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

No. Caisy's Terms of Service explicitly state that no refunds will be issued upon account cancellation. Any refunds are at Caisy's sole discretion and would only be issued as service credits, not monetary reimbursements.

What happens to my content and data after cancellation?

It is your responsibility to export all content and applications before your account is terminated. Caisy will not guarantee data recovery after cancellation. If Caisy itself initiates the termination, they will provide a grace period for data export.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Log in to your Caisy account

Go to app.caisy.io and sign in with your credentials.

Open Your Account

Click the icon in the lower-left corner of the dashboard (showing your initials or profile picture), then select 'Your Account' from the dropdown menu.

Select your Organization

On the account overview page you will see all organizations you belong to. Click on the organization whose subscription you want to cancel.

Open Organization Details

Click the three-dots (⋯) button on the right side of the organization row and select 'Details' to open the organization settings.

Navigate to Billing

Inside the organization settings, find and click the 'Billing' section. This opens Caisy's self-service billing portal powered by Stripe.

Manage Subscription

In the Stripe billing portal, click 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel Plan'. If you want to avoid losing access entirely, choose 'Downgrade to Free' instead of full cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your organization downgrades to the free tier (or becomes deactivated if you exceed free plan limits).
