Will I receive orders already confirmed before I cancelled?

Yes. Any orders already paid or confirmed before you click 'Stop Subscription' will still be shipped. Only future, unconfirmed orders are stopped. If an upcoming order has not yet been confirmed, you can postpone it using the 'Move delivery' button before cancelling.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Dog Chef's terms state that refunds are at their full discretion — there is no obligation to refund delivered orders. Fresh/perishable food orders are generally exempt from the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right. Dog Chef does offer a refund on their two-week trial box if your dog doesn't like the food.

Can I reactivate my subscription after stopping it?

Yes. If you paused your subscription, you can resume it at any time from your account. If you fully stopped it, your account and order history remain accessible, and you can contact Dog Chef support or log back in to restart.

Can I still order Dog Chef food without a subscription?

Yes. After stopping your subscription, a webshop for occasional one-off orders remains accessible in your account. Note that prices will be higher than the subscriber discount rate.

What if I want to cancel via email or phone instead?

You can email hello@dogchef.com with a cancellation request, or call your country's support line (e.g. Belgium: +32 2 808 2519, France: +33 3 39 880 054, Germany: +49 494 179 598), Monday–Friday 8am–7pm. However, some users report delays with email/phone, so the self-service 'Stop Subscription' button in your account is faster.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data. Your account remains active for future occasional orders. To request data deletion, contact Dog Chef at hello@dogchef.com citing your GDPR rights (right to erasure).
