Can I get a refund after canceling?

Eventbrite offers a 14-day refund window if you signed up within the last 14 days. After that, subscription fees are non-refundable. Annual plan subscribers do not receive prorated refunds for unused months. You can submit an Eventbrite fee refund request form to inquire.

Will my events and data be deleted when I cancel?

Open Organization Settings

Click your profile/organization name in the top navigation, then select 'Organization settings' from the dropdown menu.
