Is Height still active?

No. Height (HeightHQ, Inc.) announced its shutdown on March 28, 2025 and permanently ceased operations on September 24, 2025. The app and all services are offline.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Before the shutdown, cancelling a paid plan downgraded the workspace to the free tier — data was retained. For the permanent shutdown, Height provided approximately 6 months for users to export their data in JSON format. As of September 2025, the service is fully offline and data is no longer accessible.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Prior to shutdown, Height offered a 30-day refund policy for dissatisfied new subscribers. For the permanent shutdown, no formal refund program was publicly announced for annual subscribers whose plans extended past September 24, 2025. Contact your credit card provider to dispute any charges if you believe you are owed a refund.

Can I reactivate my Height subscription?

Height.app permanently ceased operations on September 24, 2025. All subscriptions were automatically terminated. If you are seeing charges after this date, contact your bank or card provider to dispute them as the service no longer exists.

Log in to your Height workspace

Go to height.app and log in to your workspace account (note: as of September 2025, the service is offline).

Open Workspace Settings

Click your workspace name or the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the app to open Workspace Settings.

Go to the Billing tab

Inside Workspace Settings, click the 'Billing' tab to view your current subscription and payment details.

Click the 'More' button

At the bottom-right of the Billing section, click the 'More' button to expand additional options.

Select 'Cancel'

Scroll to the bottom of the dropdown menu and click 'Cancel' — the last option in the list.

Choose a cancellation reason

Select a reason for cancelling from the list of options provided in the cancellation dialog.

Confirm with 'Cancel subscription'

Click the 'Cancel subscription' button to finalize. Your workspace will downgrade to the free plan (up to 1,000 tasks, 10 members) for the remainder of the billing period.
