Log in to your Helpling account
Go to helpling.com (or your regional site: helpling.de, helpling.ch, etc.) and log in with your registered email and password.
Go to your bookings
Navigate to 'Current orders' or 'All Appointments' from your account dashboard to see your active recurring and one-off bookings.
Select the recurring booking to cancel
Click on the recurring booking (cleaner) you want to stop. On the booking overview page, scroll to find the cancellation option.
Click 'Cancel order'
On the booking detail page, click the 'Cancel order' button (located at the bottom right of the overview page on the DE portal). On the Singapore portal, click 'Manage' then select 'End Recurring Relationship'. On older/legacy portals, scroll to the bottom and click 'Please cancel all of my bookings'.
Select a cancellation reason
Choose a category and reason from the dropdown menu provided. Some regions (e.g. Switzerland) also require a brief written comment before proceeding.
Confirm cancellation
Click 'Cancel booking' to confirm. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
