Log in to Max
Visit max.com and sign in with your email address and password.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings' from the menu.
Go to Plan & Billing
In the Settings page, click on 'Plan & Billing' in the left-hand sidebar.
Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel Plan' and select a reason for cancelling when prompted.
Confirm and Complete
Review the cancellation details showing your last access date, then click 'Confirm Cancellation'.
