Log in as Account Owner
Go to wrike.com and sign in with the Account Owner credentials. Only the Account Owner can initiate a subscription cancellation — admin users do not have this permission.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile avatar or account name in the top-right corner of the Wrike interface, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing
In the left panel of Settings, click 'Billing' to view your current subscription details, renewal date, and plan information.
Note your renewal date
Record your subscription renewal date shown on the Billing page. Wrike requires cancellation requests to be submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date — requests submitted later will roll into the next billing cycle.
Contact Wrike Support or your Account Manager
Wrike does not offer a self-service cancellation button. You must contact the team directly. Options: (1) Use the Live Chat widget inside your account (bottom-right corner), (2) Submit a request via the Help Center form at help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, or (3) Reply to your Account Manager or Renewals Manager if you have an assigned contact. Clearly state you want to cancel your subscription and provide your account name and email.
Confirm the cancellation in writing
Ask the support agent or account manager to confirm the cancellation in writing (email or chat transcript). Confirm the effective end date — your access continues until the end of the current paid period, not immediately.
Export your data (optional)
Before your access ends, export any projects, tasks, and files you need. Go to Settings > Import/Export, or use Wrike's export tools to download data as CSV or Excel. After the subscription ends, account data may become inaccessible.
