Launch the Abode app on your iOS or Android device. Make sure you're signed in to the account that holds the active subscription.

Open the Menu

Tap the Menu icon (≡) in the app to open the navigation drawer.

Go to your Profile

Tap your name at the top of the menu to open your Profile page.

Tap 'Plan Details'

On the Profile page, tap 'Plan Details' to reach the plans management screen where you can view your current subscription.

Select cancel or downgrade

On the plans management page, choose the option to cancel (or downgrade to the free Basic plan). Confirm your selection when prompted.

If billed via Apple: cancel through iOS Settings

If your subscription was purchased through Apple, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name → 'Subscriptions', find Abode in the list, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
