When did Around shut down?

Around officially reached end of life on March 31, 2025. The service was acquired by Miro in June 2022 and shut down so Miro could integrate its features into Miro Video Calls. The website and all Around services are no longer accessible.

Can I still access my Around recordings and data?

No. All user recordings and data became inaccessible after March 31, 2025. Users were advised to download their recordings before the shutdown date. There is no way to retrieve data from the service at this point.

Who do I contact if I'm still being billed for Around?

Contact Miro support at support@miro.com, as Miro was the parent company and the only active support channel. If that doesn't resolve the issue, dispute the charges directly with your bank or credit card issuer, since the service is permanently defunct.

Can I reactivate my Around account?

No. Around is permanently shut down and cannot be reactivated. Miro directs former Around users to use Miro Video Calls as the successor product.

Am I entitled to a refund for unused subscription time?
