1

Review your contract terms

Locate your original Blue Prism subscription agreement or purchase order. Blue Prism licenses are sold as annual or multi-year enterprise contracts (typically 1–3 years). Check your contract for notice period requirements and early-termination clauses before initiating cancellation.

2

Identify your Account Manager

You are assigned a dedicated Account Manager when you sign up with SS&C Blue Prism. Check your onboarding emails or your company's procurement records for their contact details. If you cannot locate them, proceed to the support portal.

3

Log in to the Blue Prism Support Portal

Go to https://support.blueprism.com and sign in with your Blue Prism customer account credentials. A registered customer account is required to access the portal.

4

Raise a cancellation/non-renewal support case

Click 'Submit a Case' or 'Create New Case' in the support portal. Select the case type related to licensing or account management. In the subject and description, clearly state your intent to cancel or not renew your subscription, your company name, license type, and the contract end date.

5

Contact your Account Manager directly

Email or call your assigned Account Manager in parallel with the support case. Formal non-renewal or cancellation requests must typically be submitted in writing to your Account Manager within the notice window specified in your contract (commonly 30–90 days before renewal).

6

Confirm cancellation in writing

Request written confirmation (email) from your Account Manager or Blue Prism support that your cancellation or non-renewal has been acknowledged and processed. Retain this confirmation for your records to avoid unexpected auto-renewal charges.
