1

Determine your purchase method

BusyCal is sold two ways: (1) a one-time perpetual license from BusyMac.com — this is NOT a subscription and requires no cancellation; (2) a recurring subscription via the Mac App Store ($39.99/year or $4.99/month) or iOS App Store. Identify which applies to you before proceeding.

2

Open Subscription Management

On Mac: Open the App Store app, click your name/avatar in the bottom-left corner, then click 'View Information'. On iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings.

3

Navigate to Subscriptions

On Mac: Scroll down on the Account Information page and click 'Manage' next to 'Subscriptions'. On iPhone/iPad: Tap 'Subscriptions' in the Apple ID menu. Alternatively, go directly to https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in a browser while signed in with your Apple ID.

4

Locate BusyCal subscription

Find 'BusyCal: Calendar & Tasks' in the list of active subscriptions and click or tap on it to open its management page.

5

Cancel the subscription

Click or tap 'Cancel Subscription' (Mac App Store) or 'Cancel Free Trial' if still in trial. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears. Apple will show the date your access expires at the end of the current billing period.

6

Confirm cancellation email

Apple sends a confirmation email to your Apple ID address. You retain full access to BusyCal until the end of the paid billing period — no immediate loss of access.
