Delete all R2 buckets

In the Cloudflare dashboard go to Storage & Databases > R2 > Overview. Delete all objects inside each bucket first (buckets must be empty), then delete each bucket. This is required before billing can be cancelled.

Open Billing

Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner of the Cloudflare dashboard and select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Go to Subscriptions

In the Billing section, click the 'Subscriptions' tab to see all active subscriptions on your account.

Locate R2 subscription

Find the R2 subscription listed under 'Active Subscriptions'.

Click Cancel

Click the 'Cancel' button next to the R2 subscription entry.

Select cancellation reason

A feedback prompt appears. Select the applicable reason(s) for cancellation from the provided options.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm' to complete the cancellation. You will see a warning: 'FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL'.
