Log in to Customer.io
Go to fly.customer.io and sign in with your account credentials. You must be an Account Admin or a member with 'Access billing & account info' permission to cancel.
Open Settings
Click on 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu.
Navigate to Plans & Billing
Under Settings, select 'Plans & Billing', then click on 'Your Plan'. You can also go directly to fly.customer.io/settings/billing/your-plan.
Scroll to find Cancel Account
Scroll to the bottom of the 'Your Plan' page to find the cancellation option.
Click 'Cancel Account'
Click the 'Cancel Account' button at the bottom of the page. This is only available for Essentials (self-serve) plan subscribers. Premium/contract plan customers must contact their dedicated Customer Success Manager directly.
Confirm cancellation
Complete any confirmation prompts. You will receive a confirmation email from Customer.io Support verifying that your account has been cancelled and billing has ended.
