Determine your product type
Identify whether you have a consumer (Cylance Smart Antivirus) or enterprise (CylancePROTECT/CylanceENDPOINT) subscription. Consumer subscriptions were discontinued in 2021–2022. Enterprise licenses were acquired by Arctic Wolf in February 2025 and are now branded Aurora Endpoint Security.
Contact your reseller or account manager
Enterprise subscriptions have no self-service online cancellation. Contact your reseller (if purchased through a channel partner) or your BlackBerry/Arctic Wolf Account Manager directly. For Arctic Wolf (post-Feb 2025), go to arcticwolf.com/company/contact-us/. For direct BlackBerry purchases, call (877) 255-2377 or visit blackberry.com/us/en/request/brand/contact/contact-sales.
Log in to myAccount portal to review your license
Visit myaccount.blackberry.com and sign in with your organizational credentials. Navigate to Organization > Licenses to view your current subscription term, renewal date, and license details before initiating cancellation contact.
Submit a non-renewal notice before your renewal date
Notify your Account Manager or reseller in writing that you do not wish to renew at the end of your current Subscription Term. Enterprise licenses are explicitly non-cancellable mid-term — you can only stop renewal at the end of the contracted period. Obtain written confirmation of non-renewal.
Open a support case if needed
If you cannot reach your Account Manager, open a support ticket via myaccount.blackberry.com or call BlackBerry Technical Support at (877) 255-2377. Reference your order number and request confirmation that auto-renewal has been disabled on your account.
Uninstall software from all endpoints at term end
Upon subscription expiration, the license is immediately revoked. Per the EULA, you are required to delete the Cylance/Aurora software and all backup copies from every endpoint. Access to the management console ends at this time.
