Log in to your Daily dashboard

Go to https://dashboard.daily.co and sign in with your Daily.co account credentials.

Open the Billing tab

In the left sidebar, click the 'Billing' tab. This tab is only visible if you have a credit card on file (paid plan). Free-tier users see an 'Upgrade' tab instead.

Locate the cancel option

Within the Billing page, find the option to cancel your plan. Daily's help documentation confirms 'cancel your plan' is available directly on this page alongside options to update your card, billing email, and add-ons.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompt to confirm you want to cancel. Your account will drop to the free tier (10,000 participant-minutes/month) — the account itself remains open.

Optional: Request full account deletion

If you want your account and all data permanently deleted (not just the paid plan canceled), send an email from your registered address to delete@daily.co. This action is irreversible — back up any recordings or data first.
