How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through your Apple or Google account settings. Lightstream cannot process cancellations for mobile store subscriptions.

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by returning to the Plan & Billing section and selecting an upgrade plan. Your account and saved data remain intact after cancellation.

Go to studio.golightstream.com and sign in to your Lightstream account with your credentials.

Open the account menu

Click the Lightstream logo/icon in the top-left corner of the Studio interface to open the account dropdown menu.

Select Plan & Billing

From the dropdown menu, select "Plan & Billing" to open your subscription management page.

Locate the cancellation option
