Log in to Hightouch
Go to app.hightouch.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open Workspace Settings
Click on your workspace name or avatar in the top-left corner, then navigate to 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Go to Billing
In the Settings sidebar, click on 'Billing' to view your current plan and subscription details.
Open the Intercom Chat
Since there is no self-serve cancel button, click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in the Hightouch app to open the Intercom support chat.
Request Cancellation
In the chat, type a message requesting cancellation of your subscription or a downgrade to the Free plan. A support agent will respond to process your request.
Confirm Cancellation
Follow any instructions from the support agent to confirm the cancellation. For Business or Enterprise contracts, you may need to provide written notice — standard notice periods are 60–90 days per contract terms.
