Log in to Knock dashboard
Go to dashboard.knock.app and sign in. You must have the Owner or Billing role on the account to manage subscription settings.
Navigate to Settings > Billing
In the Knock dashboard, open Settings and select the Billing section to review your current plan (Developer, Starter, or Enterprise) and billing details.
Consider downgrading to the free Developer plan
If you only want to stop paying, you can downgrade to the Developer plan ($0/month, 10K messages included) directly in the dashboard without contacting support. The downgrade is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Email support to cancel fully
To fully cancel and close your account, send an email to support@knock.app requesting cancellation. Knock's Terms of Service state this is the official cancellation method: 'You may cancel your subscription online by emailing us at: support@knock.app.'
Await cancellation confirmation
Wait for a confirmation reply from the Knock support team. Billing will stop upon confirmation; the current period's charges are non-refundable.
