Go to accounts.lambdatest.com and log in with your credentials.

Open Billing settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Locate Cancel Subscription

Scroll down the Billing page until you see the 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' button.

Select a cancellation reason

A reason-selection prompt appears. Choose a reason from the provided list (radio/dropdown options).

Optionally add a description

You may type an explanation in the free-text description box (optional).

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Complete Cancellation' to finalize. A confirmation message will appear with a 'Resume your subscription' link if you change your mind.
