Can I cancel NICE RPA mid-contract?

No. NICE RPA contracts are explicitly non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can only elect not to renew at the end of your current subscription term by sending a Non-Renewal Notice at least 60 days before the term expires.

What happens if I miss the 60-day cancellation notice window?

Your subscription automatically renews for a full additional term and you will be billed for the entire next period in full, regardless of whether you intend to use the service.

Can I cancel by calling my account manager or via chat?

No. Per NICE's Terms and Conditions, only a written email sent to the designated Non-Renewal email address constitutes valid cancellation notice. Phone calls, chat messages, or conversations with account managers do not qualify.

How long can I access NICE RPA after cancellation?

You retain access through the end of your paid subscription term. After expiration or termination, NICE makes your data available for retrieval for up to 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Are there any refunds for unused time after cancellation?

No. NICE does not offer pro-rated refunds for unused service periods. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Identify your NICE product line

Check your Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) or contract to determine which NICE product line you are on: CXone/CXone Integrated, NICE CX Solution family, or legacy NICE inContact. This determines which cancellation email address you must use.

Check your contract end date

Log in to your NICE support portal at niceprod.service-now.com/csm or contact your account manager to confirm your current subscription term end date. Non-renewal notice must be sent at least 60 days before the term expires.

Send Non-Renewal Notice by email

Send a written Non-Renewal Notice to the correct email address based on your product line: CXone/CXone Integrated → Contract-Unsubscribe@nice.com; NICE CX Solution family → CloudServicesUnsubscribe@nice.com; Legacy NICE inContact → ContractUnsubscribe@NICEinContact.com. State explicitly that you are electing not to renew your subscription.

Retain confirmation of notice

Export and download your data

After your subscription ends, NICE makes your content available for retrieval for up to 30 days. Log in to your account or contact support at niceprod.service-now.com/csm to download any data before this window closes. After 30 days, NICE may permanently delete all data.
