Check your contract status and early termination fee
Log in to Mój Orange at orange.pl or open the Mój Orange app. Navigate to 'Umowy i urządzenia' (Contracts & Devices), click 'Pokaż umowę' (Show Contract), then click 'Oblicz kwotę za zerwanie umowy' (Calculate early termination fee). Note the amount and your contract end date before proceeding.
Choose your cancellation method
Orange Polska does not offer a fully self-service online cancellation flow. You must use one of three accepted methods: (A) Phone via infolinia, (B) In-person at an Orange salon, or (C) Registered mail. Phone is fastest. Online-only submission is not officially supported for contract termination.
Call the Orange Polska customer hotline
Dial *100 (free from an Orange mobile) or 510 100 100 (from any phone, paid). State you wish to złożyć wypowiedzenie umowy (submit contract termination). Have your PESEL or customer account number ready for identity verification. Ask for potwierdzenie wypowiedzenia (cancellation confirmation) via SMS or email.
Alternatively: visit an Orange salon in person
Find your nearest salon at orange.pl using the 'Znajdź salon' (Find a Store) locator. Bring a valid government-issued ID (dowód osobisty or passport). Ask staff for a formularz wypowiedzenia umowy (contract termination form), fill it in, sign it, and receive a stamped confirmation copy.
Alternatively: send cancellation by registered mail
Download the wypowiedzenie umowy template from orange.pl under 'Obsługa' → 'Zarządzanie kontem'. Fill in your personal data, account number, and service details. Send via list polecony za potwierdzeniem odbioru (registered mail with return receipt) to: Orange Polska S.A., ul. Jagiellońska 34, 96-100 Skierniewice. Keep the postal receipt as proof.
Wait out the notice period
The notice period (okres wypowiedzenia) is one full billing cycle from the date Orange receives your cancellation. Your service remains active and you will be charged normally during this period. If you are still within a promotional loyalty period (lojalka), the early termination fee calculated in Step 1 will be added to your final invoice.
Confirm cancellation and final billing
You will receive an SMS or email confirmation. Check your final invoice in Mój Orange under 'Faktury i płatności' (Invoices & Payments). Pay any outstanding balance including the early termination fee if applicable. Your SIM will be deactivated after the notice period ends.
