Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/ and sign in with a Global Admin or Billing Admin account. Regular users cannot cancel — you must have admin privileges.
Navigate to Your Products
In the Simplified view click 'Subscriptions', or in Dashboard view go to Billing > Your products. You can also go directly to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=842054
Select your Power Automate subscription
Find and click your Power Automate Premium (or per-user / per-flow) subscription from the list to open its details page.
Click 'Cancel subscription'
In the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, click the 'Cancel subscription' button. Note: if you are more than 7 days past your last purchase or renewal date (MCA accounts), this button opens a pane saying cancellation is unavailable — skip to step 6.
Select a cancellation reason and confirm
Select a cancellation reason from the required dropdown, optionally add feedback, then click 'Cancel subscription' to confirm. Your subscription is now cancelled and a pro-rated refund will be issued if you are within the 7-day grace window.
(If past 7-day grace) Turn off recurring billing instead
If the cancel flow redirects you because the grace period has passed, click 'Edit recurring billing', select 'Off' in the pane that appears, then click 'Save'. This stops future charges; your access continues until the current billing period ends, after which the subscription enters Disabled status.
Export your flows and run history
Before access ends, open Power Automate at https://make.powerautomate.com, export any flows you want to keep (My Flows > select flow > ... > Export), and download run history if needed. Premium flows stop running immediately once the subscription is disabled.
