Log in to PropelAuth dashboard

Go to https://auth.propelauth.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Account or Billing settings

Look for your account profile menu — typically in the top-right corner or left sidebar. Navigate to a 'Billing' or 'Subscription' section within your account settings.

Locate your current plan

Find your active paid plan (Growth at $150/month, Growth Plus at $500/month, or Enterprise). There will be an option to manage or disable the subscription.

Disable/cancel the subscription

Click the option to cancel or disable your subscription. Per PropelAuth's Terms of Service (Section 6.1), cancellation is done by 'disabling the subscription via the account profile.' Make sure to do this before your renewal date.
