Go to the Slate Digital account portal
Navigate to https://slatedigital.com/my-account/ and sign in with your email address and password. Alternatively, log in via https://app.completeaccess.audio/authenticate/sign-in if you use the Complete Access plan.
Open Billing & Subscriptions
Once logged in, click on 'Billing & Subscriptions' in your account dashboard to view your active subscription details.
Locate your active membership
Find your current active membership plan listed under your subscriptions. Confirm the plan type (Month-to-Month or Annual) as this affects when your access ends.
Click 'Stop Renewal'
Click the 'Stop Renewal' button displayed beneath your active membership. On some account views this appears as an Auto-Renewal toggle slider — slide it to the left (off position) to disable auto-renewal.
Confirm cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Select your reason for cancelling when prompted, then click 'Stop auto-renewal' (or 'Confirm') to finalize. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
Check for confirmation
You should receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email confirming that auto-renewal has been stopped. Your plugin licenses remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
