Log in as workspace admin

Go to https://app.slite.com and sign in. Only workspace admins or the workspace owner can manage billing — regular members cannot cancel.

Open workspace menu

Click your workspace name or avatar in the top-left corner of the app to open the workspace dropdown menu.

Go to Workspace Settings

Select 'Workspace Settings' (sometimes labeled 'Team Settings') from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

In the left sidebar of Workspace Settings, click 'Billing'. This opens the Billing Overview page showing your current plan, seat count, and payment details.

Manage or downgrade your plan

On the Billing Overview page, click 'Manage Plan' or the plan tier row to access plan options. Select the Free plan or a lower tier to stop paying. If no self-service downgrade is visible, proceed to contact support@slite.com to request cancellation.

Confirm the plan change

Confirm the downgrade or cancellation when prompted. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace reverts to the Free tier (50 docs / 50 users limit).
