Review your contract terms
Check your Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) for the contract end date and any required notice period before auto-renewal (typically 30–90 days). SnapLogic contracts are annual minimum and fees are non-cancellable mid-term.
Export all your data
Before initiating cancellation, export all pipelines, configurations, and integration assets from the SnapLogic Designer. Access is terminated immediately at contract end with no grace period unless negotiated in your contract.
Contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager
Every SnapLogic customer is assigned a dedicated Account Executive and Customer Success Manager. Contact them directly by email or phone to notify them of your intent to cancel or not renew. This is the primary cancellation channel.
Submit a support ticket as written notice
Log in to the SnapLogic support portal at snaplogic.zendesk.com and submit a ticket formally requesting cancellation or non-renewal. Alternatively, email support@snaplogic.com. Keep a copy of this written notice as your official record.
Request data return or deletion confirmation
In your cancellation communication, explicitly request confirmation of how your Customer Data will be handled per Section 5.2 of the MSA (returned or deleted). Get this in writing before your contract lapses.
Confirm cancellation acknowledgement
Wait for written confirmation from SnapLogic that your cancellation or non-renewal has been recorded. Ensure billing stops at the agreed contract end date and that no auto-renewal charge will be applied.
