When does my access end after cancellation?

For monthly and annual credit-card plans, access continues until the end of your current billing period. For annual invoiced plans, access ends when your term expires — these plans simply don't auto-renew.

Log in to SpeedCurve

Go to app.speedcurve.com and sign in to your account with your credentials.

Export your data (recommended)

Before cancelling, export your data since it becomes inaccessible after cancellation. Export Synthetic data and RUM data from your dashboard while you still have access.

Navigate to Admin

Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu to open the account administration section.

Go to the Plan page

Within the Admin section, click on 'Plan' to open your current subscription details.

Click 'Cancel your plan'

Scroll to find the 'Cancel your plan' link on the Admin > Plan page and click it. For free trial accounts, scroll to the bottom of the main 'Admin' page instead and use the cancellation/delete option there.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts. Your plan will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). Annual invoiced plans simply do not auto-renew — no action needed beyond choosing not to renew.
