Will my data pipelines stop syncing immediately after I cancel?

Yes. Once you cancel, Stitch spins down your account and all active integrations cease syncing. It may take a few moments for all replication jobs to fully stop.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Stitch does not explicitly document a cancellation refund policy. For monthly plans, mid-cycle plan changes result in a pro-rated charge or refund for the difference. For annual plans, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle with no mid-cycle refunds. Contact Stitch support for cancellation-specific refund requests.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Data already loaded into your destination warehouse remains there and is unaffected — Stitch does not delete your destination data. Stitch's own internal metadata and logs are retained for a limited period; Enterprise plans had up to 60 days of extraction log retention. Your source credentials and integration configurations in Stitch are removed.

Can I reactivate my Stitch account after canceling?

Stitch's documentation does not describe a self-serve reactivation flow. If you wish to reactivate, contact Stitch/Talend-Qlik support directly to inquire whether your previous account and configuration can be restored.

Is there a free trial or downgrade option instead of canceling?

Stitch offers multiple plan tiers. If cost is the concern, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan (effective immediately for monthly plans) rather than canceling outright. There is no free plan, so downgrading still incurs a charge.

Open the User menu

Click your user icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu to open your account billing page.

Scroll down on the Billing page to locate the 'Plan' section, which shows your current subscription details.

Click 'Cancel Your Account'

Confirm cancellation
