If you cancel before the 'last date for changes' deadline shown on your Dashboard, no further charges will be made. However, if your next order has already passed that cutoff date, you will still be charged and receive that delivery even after cancelling.

Can I get a refund on food I've already received?

Tails.com does not offer refunds on customised food orders. Because each recipe is made to order, returns and reimbursements are not available for food already delivered.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes. From the Quick Links section on your Dashboard, choose 'Pause/delay deliveries', then select 'Pause Deliveries', choose the pause duration, and click 'Save and continue'. To resume, log back in and click 'Update and resume'.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes, you can log back into your Tails.com account and resume deliveries at any time. Your dog's personalised food profile is retained so you don't need to start the questionnaire from scratch.
