Open the Tesla App
Launch the Tesla mobile app on your iOS or Android device. Make sure you are signed in to the Tesla account associated with your vehicle.
Select your vehicle
If you have multiple Tesla vehicles on your account, tap the vehicle name or card at the top of the screen to select the one whose Premium Connectivity you want to cancel.
Tap 'Upgrades'
From the main vehicle screen, tap the 'Upgrades' option in the bottom navigation or menu. This opens the Upgrades management area.
Tap 'Manage'
In the top-right area of the Upgrades screen, tap the small 'Manage' button (shown next to a gear icon). This opens your active and inactive subscriptions.
Select 'Premium Connectivity'
On the Manage screen, ensure the 'Active' tab is selected. Tap 'Premium Connectivity' from the list of active subscriptions to open its details, including your next renewal date.
Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
On the Premium Connectivity detail screen, tap the 'Cancel Subscription' button (may appear as a blue link or button labeled 'Cancel'). You will be shown a confirmation prompt.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your decision when prompted. Tesla will send a confirmation email to your registered address. Your Premium Connectivity access continues until the end of the current billing period.
