Can I get a refund after cancelling?

TIDAL does not offer refunds for unused days in the current billing period. Once a charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

What happens to my playlists and saved music?

Your playlists and favourites are preserved on your account even after cancellation. If you resubscribe later, everything will be restored. Offline downloads become unplayable once the paid period ends.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Log back in to account.tidal.com, go to 'Subscription', and choose a plan to resubscribe at any time. Your saved content will be restored.

Does cancelling delete my TIDAL account?

No. Cancellation only ends the paid subscription — your account remains. To permanently delete your account, submit a separate account deletion request through TIDAL Support.

Log in to your TIDAL account

Go to account.tidal.com and sign in with your email address and password.

Open Subscription settings

In the left-hand navigation menu, click 'Subscription' to open your subscription details.

Click 'Cancel my subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page and click the 'Cancel my subscription' button. If you can't see it, try disabling browser extensions or use incognito mode.

Complete the exit survey (optional)

TIDAL may show a reason-for-leaving questionnaire. Select a reason or skip if possible, then click to continue.

Confirm cancellation

Click through the multi-step confirmation prompts until you reach a final screen showing your subscription end date. Click 'Confirm' or 'Cancel subscription' to finalise.

Check for confirmation email

TIDAL sends a confirmation email once cancellation is processed. Verify you received it to confirm the cancellation was successful.
