After cancellation, your flows will stop syncing. You lose access to active sync features, but you may still be able to log in until the end of your current billing period.

Are Unito subscription fees refundable?

No. Unito's Terms of Service explicitly state that all fees are non-refundable. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.

What happens to my flows and data if I cancel?

Log in to Unito

Go to app.unito.io and sign in to your account with your credentials.

Open your account menu

Click on your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the Unito dashboard homepage.

Go to Usage & Billing

Select 'Usage & Billing' from the dropdown menu that appears under your avatar.

Open the Overview tab

Click on the 'Overview' tab within the Usage & Billing section.

Remove other workspace members (if needed)

Before you can close a workspace, you must be the only member. If others are present, remove them first via workspace settings. Only the workspace owner can initiate closure.
