1

Log in to Weights & Biases

Go to wandb.ai and log in to your account using your credentials.

2

Open Billing Settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, go to Settings → Billing tab.

3

Check for Manage Subscription option

In the Billing section, look for a 'Subscription' panel. If a 'Manage Subscription' or 'Cancel Subscription' button is visible, click it and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts. Note: this button is absent for most team/organization plans.

4

Contact support if no cancel button is present

If no self-service cancel option appears (common for Teams and organization accounts), send an email to support@wandb.com with your account email, organization/team name, and an explicit request to cancel your subscription and remove your payment method.

5

Request removal of all charges

In your support email, explicitly ask for cancellation of any storage overage charges in addition to the subscription plan, as these can continue billing separately even after the plan is cancelled.

6

Confirm cancellation

Wait for a confirmation email from the W&B support or Accounts Receivable team. Typical response time is 24 hours, but complex billing cases can take longer. Keep the confirmation for your records.
