Log in to your Woodpecker account
Go to app.woodpecker.co and sign in with your credentials.
Open Settings
Click on 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu.
Go to Billing → Subscription
Inside Settings, navigate to 'Billing', then select the 'Subscription' tab.
Find the 'DELETE OR PAUSE ACCOUNT' section
Scroll down to the bottom of the Subscription page to find the 'DELETE OR PAUSE ACCOUNT' section.
Click 'Delete account'
Click the 'Delete account' link. Woodpecker may present a 'Pause account' option here as an alternative — ignore this if you want to fully cancel.
Review deletion info and click 'Continue'
Read the information shown about what account deletion means (future payments cancelled, account stays active until end of billing period), then click the 'Continue' button.
Select cancellation reason
Choose a reason for cancellation from the provided options in the dropdown or list.
Confirm by clicking 'DELETE ACCOUNT'
Click the 'DELETE ACCOUNT' button to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email from Woodpecker Support. If you change your mind before your billing period ends, you can log back in and click 'RESTORE ACCOUNT'.
